The Political Aftermath

Oh what great joy to see that the world has changed in Australia ! Howard is gone, Costello is back-benched (for the time being !) and the Libs are trying (Abbot excepted) to do a backflip on Workchoices, climate change etc. The days of economic rationalism and right-wing politics are dead. Even the Australian has done a (semi-) backflip - but it does support Abbot for leader (yuk). Oh those poor supporters who tried to get their false heroes (Costello and Howard) back into power - how must they feel. I discovered a joy in the Australian ! Nicholson animations on the web. They are a scream. A MUST to see is John Howard singing the beatles 'Yesterday'. It was done last July but could have been written .....yesterday. Check it on
